We want you to love everything you order from us and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

✨ Change of Mind

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchase if you have any questions — we’re always happy to help you decide!

💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement, refund or credit, just send us:

  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo showing the damage

We’ll sort it out quickly and with care.

🕒 Return Window

Refunds or replacements for damaged items must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Obviously if it becomes faulty later, please let me know ASAP.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is required, we’ll cover return postage for faulty items. You don’t need to return anything without hearing from us first, just contact us and we’ll guide you through it.

👀 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)
  • It must be reported within the return window
  • We cannot accept returns on intimate items, gift cards, or sale items (unless faulty)
