Shipping Policy

I ship all orders via Australia Post from Canberra. Your goodies are packed with love and sent out within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Options

• Standard Post is used for all orders by default.
• Express Post is available on request — just send me a message before or immediately after you order so I can arrange it for you.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can follow its journey from my hands to your hot little letterbox.

Insurance

Orders are not automatically insured, but if you'd like to add insurance for peace of mind, reach out before checking out and I can organise that for you.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel seems fashionably late rather than delightfully on time, please message or call me first. Australia Post can sometimes run behind, but there’s nothing we can’t sort out together. I’ll always do my best to help chase it up x
