This yoga class on pelvic and sexual health invites you to experience movement as medicine — releasing tension, awakening energy, and reconnecting women with their bodies, emotions, and desires. 

Taught by Saskia Kalwinek, a Sydney-based psychotherapist, sexual health specialist, yoga teacher, public speaker, and published author of books on relationships and spirituality.
